Bill NG holds the rank of Nidan 2nd Degree Black belt in Uechi Ryu, and has been a direct student of Master Sensei Robert J. Campbell since 2011. Bill has an extensive Martial Arts background, such as: Karate, Kobudo (Okinawa Weapons), Iaido (Japanese Kenjutsu), Boxing, Muay Thai, Traditional Chinese Martial Arts (Hands & Weapons), etc. Bill is the first ethnic-Chinese instructor in both Hong Kong and Macau, who holds the black belt qualification & teaching certificates of Uechi Ryu Karate. Besides, Bill gave Martial Arts demonstrations to different parties/events, such as: Law Firm Banquet, Chinese New Year Family Day (Asia Society Hong Kong Center), Martial Arts Festival (The Hong Kong Jockey Club), Hong Kong Culture Festival, Kung Fu Corner (Leisure and Cultural Services Department), etc.

2007 - Bill organized a small, private fight team in Tai Po of Hong Kong with his best friend Jason Liu, to share knowledge and practice sparring with the other fellows who have different Martial Arts backgrounds.
2008 - 2009 Bill trained Boxing under Mr. David Gaskill, the ABA Advanced Coach & Former National Boxing Coach of the United Kingdom. Bill also trained Muay Thai for the whole summer of 2009.
2010 - 2011 Bill joined as a Sport Team Member of the City University of Hong Kong.
2011 - Bill started to be a private student of Master Sensei Robert (Bob) Campbell, the Chairman of Uechi Ryu International Karate-Do Association, the Former New England Kumite, Kata, and Weapons Champion, along with being part of the United States National Karate Team Champions. Bill started to train mostly in the Home Dojo & the Garden Dojos.
2012 - Bill started to cross train Pak Mei (White Eyebrow) Kung Fu, under the 6th Generation Sifu Li Shek-Lin, the 1st Chairman (2015-2018) of Hakka Kung Fu Culture Research Society.
2017 - Bill visited Okinawa for Uechi Ryu training, along with visiting the newly opened Okinawa Karate Kaikan in the South of Okinawa. Bill also visited the Iejima island of Okinawa.
2017 - Bill was promoted to the rank of Shodan 1st Degree Black belt in Uechi Ryu, as well as appointed to the position of the Official Hong Kong Representative & Ambassador of Uechi Ryu International Karate-Do Association.
2018 - Bill visited Okinawa and trained at different dojos, along with visiting the Praising Monument of the Grandmaster Kanbun Uechi, which is located in the North of Okinawa.
2019 - Bill was promoted to the rank of Nidan 2nd Degree Black belt in Uechi Ryu, as well as further appointed to the position of the Official Macau Representative of Uechi Ryu International Karate-Do Association.
2019 - Bill started to open a new Hong Kong Dojo of Uechi Ryu Karate-Do in Sheung Wan of HK Island, and set up and offer the Uechi-Ryu Generations Funding (UGF) Scheme. At the same year, Bill organized the Exchange Day of Uechi Ryu Karate (Hong Kong) & Feeding Crane Style (Taiwan) for his students.
2020 - Bill established the Uechi Ryu Karate Yuboku Dojo for both Hong Kong & Macau, according to the Budo's concept of "Karate and Dojo are everywhere".
